A bizarre lawsuit has been filed against teen heart throb Justin Bieber by an Oregon mother. The reason, well its not something the fans would be much bothered about. How often would a concert see rise in decibel levels when their favorite singer wants them to cheer out loud on his numbers or even sing along with him.

That’s exactly what happened in one of Justin Bieber’s concerts held in Oregon venue in 2010 where the fans of Justin screamed out loud as the 18 year old sang his numbers.

According to the woman, Bieber “enticed the crowd into a frenzy of screams” while standing in a gondola, which “acted as a sound conductor, creating a sound blast that permanently damaged both of my ears.”

The woman had brought her daughter to watch the concert show which unfortunately led to this inconvenience. She has now filed a $9.23 million suit for damages.

We still feel that the deafening noise in Justin Bieber’s concert shows is understandable with so many girl fans dying to get a glimpse of their favorite music star. The trend will be at its peak as ‘Believe Tour’ kicks off this September so we guess more noise complaints from some parents are on its way.
