Justin Bieber Performing Live at a Concert
The 2012 Billboard Music Awards will see plenty of best-selling artists performing on stage. They will include Justin Bieber, Carrie Underwood, LMFAO and The Wanted. The show is scheduled to be held on the 20th of May and will be aired live on ABC.
Underwood will dazzle on stage by performing recent releases including her new single ‘Good Girl’ and songs from her latest album ‘Blown Away.’
The country singer has topped on numerous charts and is now considered as one of Billboard’s best-selling country artists. She made her debut with the country album ‘Some Hearts’. This country album had topped the Country Album charts for 27 weeks and was also hailed by Billboard as the No.1 Country Album of the Decade. Later on she debuted at Number One with a couple more namely ‘Carnival Ride and ‘Play On’ on the Country and All-Genre Charts.
Justin Bieber too has had tremendous success on the Billboards this year with his latest single ‘Boyfriend’ topping the Billboard’s Social 50 chart this year along with the No. 2 spot on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart. His previous albums ‘Never Say Never: The Remixes’ and ‘Under The Mistletoe’ topped the Billboard 200 albums chart in 2011. Justin Bieber’s new album ‘Believe’ is slated for a June 19th release this year.
Last year, 18 year old Bieber won 6 awards at the Billboard Music Awards and stole the show.
The band LMFAO have also established themselves as chart toppers on Billboards. The group have been named finalists in 17 categories, making them the second most by any artist. Their albums ‘Party Rock Anthem’ and ‘Sexy And I Know It’ have both topped the Hot 100 Chart in 2011.
British band The Wanted topped the Mainstream Top 40 chart with their album ‘Glad You Came’ along with reaching the number 5 position on the Hot 100 chart.
Adele, Rihanna and Lil Wayne lead the 2012 BBMA Finalists. The 2012 Billboard Music Awards will air on ABC live on May 20 at 8 p.m. from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Lets hope Justin outshines them all on stage.
