'Someday' Has Won "Elizabeth Taylor Fragrance Celebrity of the Year Award"

The demand for Justin Bieber’s perfume ‘Someday’ has skyrocketed after its big win at FIFI awards. The awards which are sponsored by The Fragrance Foundation honor the fragrance industry’s creative achievements and is considered as the most valued and prestigious event in the fragrance industry. Its dubbed as the ‘oscars’ of the perfume world. The awards have been held since 1973 in New York City and are attended by around 1000 members from international fragrance industry, and celebrities from the field of fashion, theatre, film or television industries.

This years awards will be presented on May 21st in New York and Jane Lynch of ‘Glee’ fame will be hosting it.

According to the New York Daily, Justin Bieber’s women’s perfume ‘Someday’ broke records. The 18 year old will receive the “Elizabeth Taylor Fragrance Celebrity of the Year Award”, which honors a celebrity who has promoted and embraced the perfume world. This decision was unanimous by the Board of Directors.

As a result of the win, sales of ‘Someday’ perfume have escalated which resulted in a whopping profit of $3 million in just 3 weeks. Other perfumes in contention were Prada Candy and Tom Ford Violet Blonde.

The nouveau niche men and the nouveau niche women categories saw Ford’s Jasmin Rouge fragrance being nominated. Armani Code Sport, Gucci Guilty Pour Homme, John Varvatos USA, Yves Saint Laurent’s L’Homme Libre and Un Jardin Sur Le Toit by Hermes will fight it out for the best luxe men prize. Justin Bieber in SNL's 100th Digital Short

This Saturday the 12th of May saw the famous sketch comedy show NBC’s Saturday Night Live celebrating its 100th digital short. The sleek fantastic compilation of The Lonely Island’s output, in addition to an incredible production feat to get all of those past participants back for another go around was simply outstanding. It was one Easter Egg after another, wonderfully weaved together as both celebration, deconstruction, and summation.

The clip had Justin Bieber posing as one of the masterminds of the well acclaimed digital shorts. The original masterminds of the digital shorts are Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone. Well Justin replaced Akiva Schaffer and was seen with Andy & Jorma welcoming all the other celebrities one by one.

The show saw a cameo from this week’s host Will Farrell and took us back to some memorable classic moments which included Justin Timberlake and Samberg’s ” … In a Box” and its follow-ups “Mother Lover” and “Threeway” with Lady Gaga, Bolton’s Capt, with Jack Sparrow spoofing and Hamm’s Sergio the Sax Man. Bieber’s mentor Usher too joined in the party.

The clip may be intended to portray a sweet and celebrative look, but SNL had its own way of showing it as the trip down the memory lane was showcased with the men giving a gymnastic performance of self-pleasure. Check the video for a better understanding.

Justin Bieber surely has his thing going after his crazy underpants show at the Wango Tango show at California, this was a performance which made its mark.

Justin Bieber had his die hard fans of California going crazy after he revealed his underpants onstage while performing. Justin Bieber’s underpants were entirely exposed as he bent down to greet his fans.

The Home Depot Center where the show took place is also the ground where LA Galaxy play football. But the crowds definitely aren’t used to this kind of a show. But needless to say, the screaaming fans of Justin Bieber were surely in for a treat with the pant show.

The ‘Boyfriend’ singer was greeted by an ear-piercing screaming crowd at the Carson arena when he came on to perform at 102.7 KIIS FM’s Wango Tango. Wearing a denim shirt with black pants and spotty black shoes Justin gave a sparkling performance.

In other news, Justin Bieber gave his mother Pattie Mallette a unique Mother’s Day gift which falls today on 13th May. The talented singer released a song ‘Turn To You’ which he said was dedicated to his mom. “I wrote a song for my mum. She had me at the age I am now. It’s about the struggles she went through and how brave she was, and I think the world needed to know that,” he said.

Justin also attached this noble deed with charity which he does best by giving away all the proceeds to the charity drive he has started for Bethesda Care Center, in London which helps take care of single moms. It is here where his mom Pattie was staying while pregnant. The Bethesda Care Centre needs is in danger of closing down & needs $1.5 million in order to remain open. So a portion of the sales proceeds will be given away by Justin. The song is on #3 on iTunes charts.
