Its still not sure whether Jusitin Bieber was chased by Paparazzi which made him take this roller coaster ride on the freeway, but according to L.A. City Councilman Dennis Zine,  Justin Bieber jeopardized his life along with many others.

According to TMZ, The LAPD got at least 10 complaints by alarmed drivers among which an ex LAPD motor cop was also a witness. According to Mr Zine, Bieber was cited going above 100 MPH which was denied by Bieber’s people insisting that Bieber was cited by others at 80 MPH.

Justin who was in his modded Fisker Karma was stopped by CHP officers. It seems Justin was given the license by one of his security crew who allowed him to raise the pedal and weave in and out of traffic, as well as squeeze in between moving vehicles.

The ride of the ‘Boyfriend’ singer, Fisker Karma was gifted to him on his 18th birthday earlier this year in March and maybe it was time for Justin to show its capabilities. The speed estimate which Zine gave was said to have been ‘conservaative’.
